The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 17 and Sept. 21.

A home in Manchester Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Herbert West and George Mitchell sold their home at 3610 Fair Oaks Place to Robert and Teresa Simmons, of Longboat Key, for $2 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2007.

Bay Isles
Stanley Kane, trustee, and Stifel Co. Inc. sold the home at 511 Harbor Gate Way to Dereck and Deborah Rock, of New York, for $1,165,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,575,000 in 2001.

Country Club Shores
Anna Vignetti, of St. Paul, Minn., sold her home at 520 Golf Links Lane to Jeffrey and Marlis Carter, of Longboat Key, for $725,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,016 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1996.

Bird Key
Frances Wurlitzer, of Washington, D.C., sold her home at 625 S. Owl Drive to Christopher Roberts and Josephine Gambardella, of McLean, Va., for $770,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2010.
Frank and Constance Tucci, of Sarasota, sold their home at 517 Bird Key Drive to Tod and Cynthia Monchecourt, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,300 square feet.

ST. ARMANDS KEY
 Beach Residences
John Vaughan, of Hot Springs National Park, Ark., sold his Unit 908 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to George Forster, of Irvington, N.Y., for $1.35 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,999,000 in 2005.

St. Armands Towers
Peter Ehrlich sold his Unit 91 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Alice Brittingham, of Sarasota, for $557,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1999.
