Vista Bay Point condo sells for $810,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 17 and Sept. 21.

A condominium in Vista Bay Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., trustee, sold the Unit 801 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Frank and Barbara Quiriconi, of Longboat Key, for $810,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,000,100 in May.

SARASOTA
Burns Court Villas
George and Frances Neville, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 23 condominium at 551 S. Palm Ave. to Andrea Graddis, of Sarasota, for $780,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,013 square feet of living area.

Weslo Willows
Graeme Burman and Yolanda Seitz-Burman, trustees, sold their home at 3947 Mockingbird Hill to Gregory and Margaret Linton, of Sarasota, for $398,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,824 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $211,100 in 1998.

Condominium on the Bay
Jane Gottlieb sold her Unit 302 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Alex and Mari Moulinos, of Sarasota, for $389,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2008.

Alinari
Robert Fulghum and Ralph Parry sold their Unit 1009 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Nancy Whiteacre, trustee, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,212 square feet of living area.

Shoreland Woods
David and Charla Franklin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3222 S. Osprey Ave. to Trevor and Catherine Taylor, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $23,500 in 1969.

Paul Gregoire, of Sarasota, Michele Gregoire, of Palm Coast, Renee Sharp, of North Port, and Yvonne Richardson, of Tallahassee, sold their home at 1757 Shoreland Drive to MSP 1757 Shoreland LLC for $242,500. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,139 square feet of living area.

Geraldine Harrison, of Sarasota, sold her home at 6634 Waterford Lane to Kathleen Flynn, of Glendale, Calif., for $250,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,614 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,500 in 1996.

South Gate
Mari Morton, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2236 School Circle to Thomas and Ruth Cleveland, of Tamworth, N.H., for $219,900. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Purtz
Crispin Schechter sold her home at 2132 Hyde Park Circle to Spotswood LLC for $200,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2004.

HB Property Group Inc. sold the home at 4477 White Cedar Trail to Christopher and Monica Willkomm, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,000 in 2011.

Hamptons
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 5208 Highbury Circle to Juan and Maryann Romaiello, of E. Hanover, N.J., for $290,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,162 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2007.

Huntington Pointe
William and Elizabeth Herman sold their home at 4109 Hearthstone Drive to Bobby and Diana Caughron, of Sarasota, for $262,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,149 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2002.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Maryana Hall, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3841 Alamanda Drive to Mary Bond, of Ontario, Canada, for $240,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,600 in 1997.

Isles of Sarasota
Lori Soldi, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1730 Burgos Drive to Kurt Lewis, trustee, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,000 in March.

Lakeshore Villege South
John and Greta Inman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 10 condominium at 3857 Wilshire Drive to Joseph and Madalyn Tiffany, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $128,900 in 1985.

Fabio and Rose Arellano, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 7469 Botanica Parkway to Frederick and Mary Heinlen, of Sarasota, for $234,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,621 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2003.

Michael Tracy and Holly Tracy, trustees, of Lafayette, Colo., sold the home at 871 Mac Ewen Drive to James and Michelle Freeman, of Osprey, for $768,800. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2003.

Patricia Stucky, of Osprey, sold her home at 262 Yacht Harbor Drive to Sean O’Brien, of Lloyd Harbor, N.Y., for $675,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,115 square feet of living area.

Arnold Berman and Margot Berman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1752 Little Pointe Circle to Blair Weigel, of Palmetto, for $541,100. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,038 square feet of living area.

Nitin and Neetha Sallapudi, of Nokomis, sold their home at 684 Crane Prairie Way to John and Silvia Paulichen, of Germantown, Md., for $495,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,331 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $519,900 in 2004.

Stan Pinkus sold his home at 663 Crane Prairie Way to Mark and Susan Parvin, of Pittsford, N.Y., for $380,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2003.

Bay Pointe Vista
Robert Pitzaferro, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 503 condominium at 232 Hidden Bay Drive to Linda Brennan, of Glen Rock, N.J., for $315,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,750 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
John and Mary Lou Bondarenko, trustees, of Okemos, Mich., sold the home at 9488 Forest Hills Circle to William and Lauren Sparks, of Houston, for $280,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,628 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,500 in 1999.

Bay Acres
Kelly Wilson, of Branchville, N.J., sold the home at 311 Bay Vista Ave. to Philip Gaylord, of Osprey, for $255,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet of living area.
