Home in Eaton Place sells for $580,600

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 24 and Sept. 28.

A home in Eaton Place tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Rhonda Lea, of W. Sussex, England, sold their home at 6307 Thorndon Circle to Alan Ward and Carol Pullekines, trustee, of Watertown, Mass., for $580,600. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2004.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Anthony and Vicki Skidmore, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22245 Panther Loop to Tyler and Laura Sedar, of Bradenton, for $572,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,826 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,900 in 2009.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
George and Mary Buermann, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7411 Lake Forest Glen to John and Barbara Severini, of Greenport, N.Y., for $475,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $476,000 in 2009.

Mark Adler and Jean Mae, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7115 Sandhills Place to Chelsea Real Estate Inc. for $355,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,600 in 2003.

Greenbrook Village
Roger and Sandy Crihfield, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6320 Royal Tern Circle to Timothy and Christine Drymon, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,047 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $453,900 in 2005.

Brian Corcoran, of Portland, Maine, sold his home at 6236 Macaw Glen to Regina Negrycz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $271,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 2004.

Cypress Creek Estates
Kenneth Jackson and Natalie Jackson sold their home at 6180 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Daniel and Lauralee Brush, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,922 square feet of living area.

Brian and Judith Flynn, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7346 Eaton Court to Scott and Susan Jackson, of University Park, for $453,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,744 square feet of living area.

Guy and Patricia Walter, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14743 Seventh Ave. N.E. to Anthony and Lisa Rasulo, of Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,536 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2008.

Jean Button, of Bradenton, sold her home at 1050 134th St. N.E. to Rod and Carole Hardy, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,694 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,900 in 2007.
