Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 1 and Oct. 5.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Theresa Matus, of Redington Shores, sold their home at 12608 Elgin Terrace to Harold and Debra Wheeler, of Somerset, Pa., for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,842 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Arne Pontan, of Key Largo, sold his home at 812 Whooping Crane Court to Joseph and Karen Kelley, of Pittsburgh, for $645,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2009.

Chris and Valerie Clark, of Kent, United Kingdom, sold their home at 927 Fish Hook Cove to William Mann Jr., of Bradenton, for $550,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,300 in 2004.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Lawrence and Leea DeWitte sold their home at 22587 Morning Glory Circle to Andrew and Diane Semple, of Bradenton, for $584,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,587 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2008.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Dellburt and Beverly Kidwell sold their home at 7644 Portstewart Drive to Richard and Diane Paul, of Harleysville, Pa., for $495,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2007.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 7708 U.S. Open Loop to Michael and Alana Blasewitz, of Bradenton, for $327,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,500 in 2004.

Riverdale Revised
Michael and Emily Arsenault, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 4611 Swordfish Drive to Kenneth and Kathleen Luban, of Bradenton, for $399,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,500 in 2004.

William and Barbara Collins sold their home at 4516 Swordfish Drive to Frank and Diane Feather, of W. Islip, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,317 square feet of living area.
