Five-bedroom home in Harbor Acres sells for $7.5 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 1 and Oct. 5. A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Hillview Estates Inc. sold the home at 1486 Hillview Drive to Run Property LLC for $7.5 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 8,433 square feet of living area.

Tessera
Riccardo and Cynthia Arcaro sold their Unit 22 condominium at 500 S. Palm Ave. to Sharon Sweeney, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2001.

Richard and Kathleen Katz, trustees, sold the Unit 405 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to William and Nora Johnson, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,557,000 in 2008.
