The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 8 and Oct. 12.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Chris and Mingi Doherty, of Lakeland, sold their Unit 1202 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kathleen Fink, trustee, of Tampa, for $3.07 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,735,000 in 2005.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 1205 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Scott Moore, trustee, of Edwardsville, Ill., for $1.7 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,100 in May.

Country Club Shores
Moos Investments Inc. sold the home at 536 Spinnaker Lane to David and Nancy Aldrich, of Kennesaw, Ga., for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,976 square feet of living area.

Charles and Linda Spry sold their home at 524 Ketch Lane to Bankunited for $840,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

Tangerine Bay Club
Bruce and Linda Goldstein sold their Unit 124 condominium at 340 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Christine Short, of Longboat Key, for $930,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2004.

360 North
Barbara Tasner, of Highland Park, Ill., sold her Unit 2 condominium at 260 N. Shore Road to Brian Logun, of Marietta, Ga., for $875,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1986.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the Unit 309 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to John Bingham and Guy Bingham, of Oxford, England, for $290,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,600 in March.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates
John and Christine Short, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 400 N. Washington Drive to Jamie Martin, of Sarasota, for $2,737,500. Built in 1992, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2007.

BIRD KEY
Larry Jones and Sandy Jones sold their home at 430 Pheasant Way to Trevor and Silvia Dolan, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1999.

LIDO KEY

Carolyn Spann, personal representative, and Linda Crothers, of Oak Island, N.C., sold the Unit 408 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Antoine Cantin, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1995.

Presidential
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the Unit 205 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Brian and Martha Dolan, of Sarasota, for $221,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2004.
