Three-bedroom Casey Key home sells for $3.4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 8 and Oct. 12. A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 1716 CK LLLP sold the home at 435 N. Casey Key Road to Trinity Development Group Inc. for $3.4 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2007.

SARASOTA
Oyster Bay Estates
William and Nora Johnson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1607 S. Lake Shore Drive to Stephen and Lynn Kukanza, of Sarasota, for $1.75 million. Built in 1987, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2005.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 513 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Robert and Norene Brueck, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $733,000 in 2000.

Condominium on the Bay
Michael and Terrie Rizzo, of Boca Raton, sold their Unit 17 condominium at 932 Blvd. of the Arts to Eric Curran, of Holyoke, Mass., for $520,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,125,000 in 2006.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 615 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Melva Eidelberg, trustee, of Sarasota, for $387,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2005.

Palm Place
Timothy Iverson, trustee, of Chicago, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 755 S. Palm Ave. to Mary Schwab, trustee, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2007.

Eagles Point at the Landings
Patricia Masterson sold her Unit 204 condominium at 5450 Eagles Point Circle to John Carson III and Agnes Schipper, of Rochester, Minn., for $350,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,400 in 1998.

Phillippi Landings
Peder Culver, trustee, of Menasha, Wis., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to James Wilson and Bonnie Wilson, of Ashburn, Va., for $330,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2008.

Renaissance
Frank Serio, trustee, sold the Unit 1018 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Bradley Ross, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,500 in 2002.

Landings Treehouse
Arthur and Janina Greyson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 58 condominium at 1427 Landings Place to John Fister, of Sarasota, for $245,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1983.

Gulf Gate East
William and Patricia Smith sold their home at 3703 Kingston Blvd. to Markus Berchtold and Sandra Hossfeld, of Bulle, Switzerland, for $225,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2004.

River Forest
James and Karen Davis sold their home at 5313 Carmilfra Way to Michael and Clara Less, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1991.

Irma Nehman sold her home at 8615 Woodbriar Drive to Donald and Ann Maag, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,215 square feet of living area.

John and Ann Maag sold their home at 8487 Woodbriar Drive to Joan Crowley for $525,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1994.

Victor and Linda Diehm, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8215 Shadow Pine Way to Robert Klingel Jr. and Timothy Iverson, trustees, of Chicago, for $445,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1997.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Janet Ray, trustee, sold the home at 3852 Alamanda Drive to Edward Rudnitsky and Vicki Rudnitski, trustees, of Watertown, Mass., for $248,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,200 in 1995.

Ronald and Dorothy Dahms, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3888 Alamanda Drive to Thomas Mitchell, of Guild, N.H., for $235,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,900 in 1997.

OSPREY
Portofino on the Bay
Phyllis Atkinson, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 16 condominium at 1650 Assisi Drive to Barry and Linda Holliday, of Land O’Lakes, for $500,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,169,200 in 2007.

Cordes Cove
Gerhard Scholds sold the home at 2052 Cordes St. to Sabine Gorenflo and Werner Spycher, of Bubendorf, Switzerland, for $230,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,950 square feet of living area.

Meridian I at the Oaks Preserve
Norma Sanchez, of Venice, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 385 N. Point Road to Rita Jones, of Osprey, for $215,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $357,500 in 2004.

Springhill Park
Michael Mercurio, of Sarasota, sold his home at 102 Second St. to Jason and Mary Crumbacher, of Nokomis, for $235,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,392 square feet of living area.

Sorrento East
Victoria Dore sold her home at 108 Degas Drive to Janna Morgan, of Nokomis, for $200,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,500 in 1985.
