Home in Riverdale sells for $1.5 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 20 and Aug. 24.

A home in Riverdale tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. C. Edward Richardson sold his home at 4129 Hawk Island Drive to Barry and Sandy Severs, of Bradenton, for $1.5 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,842 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Nancy Kirshe, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13639 Legends Walk Terrace to Michael and Rebecca Moore, of Granite Bay, Calif., for $750,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

John and Marie Bruno, of Tarpon Springs, sold their home at 6650 The Masters Ave. to Philip and Martha Koppe, of Kansas City, Mo. for $517,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,547 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Sarah Davis, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6406 189th St. E. to Chris Portale and Maggie Mooney-Portale, of Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,418 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2010.

Francis Barone Jr., of Ransomville, N.Y., sold the home at 24015 83rd Ave. E. to Scott and Sharon Klein, of Myakka City, for $400,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2009.

Kristyn Swain, of Bradenton, sold her home at 25711 72nd Ave. E. to Gerald and Pamela Mastromarino, of Myakka City, for $228,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,000 in 2002.

Frits and Consuelo Van Beek, of Hyattsville, Md., sold their home at 8238 Abingdon Court to John Reinagel, trustee, of Cordova, Tenn., for $490,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,975 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk Ridge
Joshua and Julie Cash, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12320 Lobelia Terrace to Mitchell and Irma Jones, of Lakewood Ranch, for $480,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2006.

Apolonio and Barbara Collazo sold their home at 7574 Links Court to John and Jennifer Carey, of Sarasota, for $432,500. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,917 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2009.

Moorings at Edgewater

Pamela Benuche sold the home at 9811 Oak Run Drive to James and Mary Schier, of Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,000 in 1992.

Blair Weigel Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 5920 95th St. Circle E. to Bryan and Kristi Rench, of Bradenton, for $349,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,825 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $226,100 in April.
