Three-bedroom home on Casey Key sells for $1.2 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 20 and Aug. 24.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael Ferro, Deborah Ferro, Ronald Brown, Beverly Brown, Samuel Logan and Elizabeth Logan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2007 Casey Key Road to Beach Villas LLC for $1.2 million. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.2 million in 2008.

SARASOTA
Condominium on the Bay
Lawrence and Judith Bleiberg, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1201 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Mark and Suzanne Lynch, of Marietta, Ga., for $606,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in February.

Weber
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 2024 Alameda Ave. to Vivre Invest LLC for $323,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,947 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,100 in 2010.

Johnson Estates
Peter Faber, of Lancaster, Pa., sold his home at 4295 Camino Real to John and Susan Murrow, of Germantown, Tenn., for $280,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet of living area.

Gulf Gate East
Encore Properties I LLC sold the home at 3609 Kingston Blvd. to Betsy Gertz and Sandra Newman, of Sarasota, for $263,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in April.

South Gate
PNC Bank sold the home at 3030 Hyde Park St. to Diane Bailey, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,744 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

The Landings South
Jane Everett, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 201 condominium at 1614 Starling Drive to Kathleen Lyden, of Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 2001.

PALMER RANCH
Hamptons
Lisa Koen, of Osprey, sold her home at 6216 Donnington Court to Harold and Judith Haines, of Sarasota, for $345,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2002.

Turtle Rock
Joseph and Carol Micali sold their home at 5118 Far Oak Circle to William and Kathleen Kozlowski, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $290,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2005.

Villagewalk
Edward and Joyce Wenzke, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5369 Eliseo St. to Steven Easton, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2009.

OSPREY
The Villas at Osprey Harbor Village
Dwight and Linda Dooley sold their Unit D3 condominium at 14021 Bellagio Way to Osprey Realty Partners LLC for $632,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $839,000 in 2006.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
Jay and Rhea Gold, of Lincolnshire, Ill., sold their home at 9557 Forest Hills Circle to Robert and Diane O’Connor, of Sarasota, for $249,900. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,600 in 1997.

Seagrape Point
Robin Kriegs, of Racine, Wis., sold her home at 1156 Casey Key Road to Rat Investment Holdings Ltd. for $717,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area.
