Country Club Village home sells for $1,085,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 27 and Aug. 31.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen and Belinda Romero, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12811 Deacons Place to Stephen and Jean Dahl, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,085,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,640 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Towne Realty of W. Florida Inc. sold the home at 14278 Sundial Place to Bennie and Magdalena Jones, of Sharon, Mass., for $443,400. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area.

Laura Drzwucki, of Bradenton, sold her home at 13847 Wood Duck Circle to Ronald and Angela Eccles, of Lakewood Ranch, for $328,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $427,000 in 2007.

Treymore at the Village of Palm-Aire
Betty Faulds, trustee, and John Faulds Jr., of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the home at 4916 Woodhurst Drive to A. Leon Sickles, of Doylestown, Pa., for $422,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
CRD Enterprises LLC sold the home at 7616 Drayton Circle to Kim Towell, of Austin, Texas, for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $292,500 in 2009.

Rosedale
Stephen Dunlap and Marsha Dunlap, trustees, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold the home at 5317 88th St. E. to Thomas and Patricia Kent, of Novi, Mich., for $325,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,000 in 2003.
Robert and Audrey Roe sold their home at 8741 49th Terrace E. to Robert Bender and Mariya Petrova, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,792 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2003.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 7222 Belleisle Glen to Peter Gavin, of Bradenton, for $299,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,758 square feet of living area.

Greyhawk Landing
Daryl and Donna Jones, of Athens, Ga., sold their home at 236 Dove Trail to Richard and Elizabeth Stumpf, of Bradenton, for $294,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,000 in 2010.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
William and Debra Jotham, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6952 Country Lakes Circle to Paul and Barbara Hagan, of Sarasota, for $277,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,286 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $193,000 in 2011.

Frank and Nancy Cucino, of Johnston, R.I., sold their home at 5758 Timber Lake Drive to Betty Flagg, of Sarasota, for $265,700. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2009.

Kenneth and Mary Pooler, of Myakka City, sold their home at 8110 241st St. E. to Don Patterson, of Heath, Texas, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,105 square feet of living area.

Jorge and Luz Anaya, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3705 C.R. 675 to Harold and Vicki Cole, of Myakka City, for $250,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,677 square feet of living area.

Troy and Karen Barnes, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., sold their home at 6535 Meandering Way to Juan Herrera and Cynthia Merkel, of Lakewood Ranch, for $249,900. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,978 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,000 in 1998.

Peridia
Glen and Carol Anderson, of Pine River, Minn., sold their home at 5032 Peridia Blvd. E. to Merle Heiden, trustee, of Sivler Spring, Md., for $235,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,500 in 1994.

John Rome and Deborah Rome, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6013 99th St. E. to Gary and Carolyn Barber, of W. Bloomfield, Mich., for $225,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Paul and Sandra Kelly, of Morpeth, United Kingdom, sold their home at 6926 Mystic Lane to John and Paula Adams, of Slingerlands, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,465 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,700 in 2002.

SP1 Inc. sold the home at 4118 Noble Place to Kim Sang and Thi Tran, of Rochester, N.Y., for $215,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $374,300 in 2005.
