Country Club Village home sells for $1,637,500

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 3 and Sept. 7.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. R. Scott and Tamara Connin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12806 Deacons Place to Ales and Lenka Graf and Centrem LLC for $1,637,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,925,000 in 2006.

Pomello Park
Scott and Karen Tetreault, of Tallahassee, sold their home at 20510 79th Ave. E. to Walter and Anita Bavol, of Sarasota, for $1,425,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,640 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Patricia McConnin, of Fairfax, Va., sold her home at 7405 Mizner Reserve Court to Robert and Mary Bard, of Bradenton, for $698,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,377 square feet of living area.

Jeffrey and Rebecca Bartlett, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13403 Matanzas Place to Thomas and Alice DeGregorio, of Beverly Hills, Mich., for $615,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Christopher and Linda Lang sold their home at 8319 Curlew Court to Robert and Julia Wuerdeman, of Bradenton, for $540,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2008.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Gerald and Donna Burbidge, of Bradenton, sold their home at 10803 Winding Stream Way to Rick and Pamela Elliott, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $485,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $463,300 in 2002.
