Three-bedroom Casey Key home sells for $1.6 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 3 and Sept. 7.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott Dreffin, of Cleveland, Ga., and Desi Dreffin, of Osprey, sold their home at 4027 Casey Key Road to Stephanie Caradonna, trustee, of Osprey, for $1.6 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1979.

SARASOTA
Rivo at Ringling
Rivo at Ringling LLC sold the Unit PH201 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Beat and Nicole Duerler, of Osprey, for $770,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,373 square feet of living area.

Beat and Nicole Duerler, of Osprey, sold their Unit 709 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Rivo at Ringling LLC for $380,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $441,700 in 2006.

Town of Sarasota
Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 1655 Laurel St. to Randon and Lynn Carvel, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,492,500 in 2007.

Condominium on the Bay
Joan Mansour, of Newtown, N.J., sold the Unit 816 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Martin and Iris Nahemow, of Pittsburgh, for $415,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1994.

Robert and Elizabeth Fink, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 215 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Henry and Carol VonSpeegle, of Bayville, N.J., for $385,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2001.

The Boatyard
Boatyard Condos LLC sold the Unit 303 condominium at 1564 Stickney Point Road to Carol Strickland, of Sarasota, for $359,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,500 in 2006.

Sapphire Shores
Larry Wickless and Carole Crosby, of Sarasota, sold their home at 428 Sapphire Drive to Steven High and Lisa Lee-High, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $408,500 in 2010.

Roselawn
James Schirtzinger and Charlene Goeglein, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their home at 2047 Roselawn St. to Rochelle Thomas, trustee, of Morristown, N.J., for $307,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2011.

Sunset Towers
James and Adrienne Rudolph, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 207 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to Michael Ostapchuk and Stanley Ridner, of Louisville, Ky., for $299,900. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2011.

Charles and Joan Juergens, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7475 Blaine Way to Corey and Robin Eiseman, of Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2001.

Lawrence and Paula Dube, of Baltimore, sold their home at 7316 Curtiss Ave. to Bonnie Victor, of Mentor, Ohio, for $250,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,500 in 1980.

Jimmy Barker, of Tampa, sold his Unit 1433 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to William Trnka, of Sarasota, for $229,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $353,700 in 2007.

Central Park
David and Victoria Butler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1692 Fifth St. to Florida Studio Theatre Inc. for $215,000. Built in 1946, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,158 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $10,300 in 1969.

Long Meadow
Papillon Real Estate Investments LLC sold the home at 2226 Webber St. to Roger Beardmore, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in March.

Rustic Lodge
LMSA Investment Inc. sold the home at 2540 Bahia Vista St. to Jessica Campbell, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,295 square feet of living area.

South Gate
Robert Ostroga, of Libertyville, Ill., sold his home at 3516 Jaffa Drive to James Wright, of Sarasota, for $201,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,500 in 1984.

Joyce Awbrey, trustee, of Louisville, Ky., sold the home at 7764 Calle Facil to John and Linda Doyel, of Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,970 square feet of living area.

Carol Spencer, trustee, sold the home at 8255 Nice Way to Harriet Cowan, of Sarasota, for $302,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2004.

Maria Silva, of McLean, Va., sold her home at 5102 Hanging Moss Lane to Robert and Paula Brown, of Sarasota, for $277,500. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2004.

Isles of Sarasota
P. Wayne and Janice Wisler, of University Park, sold their home at 2102 Burgos Drive to Peter Konrad and Louise Bonanno, of Saugerties, N.Y., for $270,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2010.

Elaine Petersen, of Port Charlotte, sold her home at 4943 Oldham St. to Carissa Brown, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1997.

Richard Wyatt and Judy Shapow, trustees, and Leonard and Florence Wyatt, of Rockledge, sold the home at 4560 Deer Trail Blvd. to Charles and Joan Juergens, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1995.

Ronald and Joanne Mustari, of Tampa, sold their home at 467 Walls Way to Lorenzo and Gelsomina Spinelli, of Quebec, Canada, for $520,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,400 in 2000.

NOKOMIS
Preserve at Mission Valley
Walter and Marilyn Kreiseder, of Nokomis, sold their home at 635 Vanderbilt Drive to Daniel and Polly Hoffend, of Nokomis, for $650,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2008.
