Country Club East home tops week's sales at $1,125,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 10 and Sept. 14.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Capital Four Inc. sold the home at 15108 Camargo Place to Wallace and Janet Hough, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,125,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,521 square feet of living area.

Stanhope Gate
John and Judith Hornblow sold their home at 7044 Stanhope Place to Thomas Theohary and Josette Ceglia, of University Park, for $650,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $597,400 in 2002.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Sandro Capaldi and Elizabeth MacIntosh, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22455 Panther Loop to Brian and Julie Perreault, of Bradenton, for $455,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,660 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Larry and Rhonda Mau, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7625 Pine Valley St. to Jeffrey and Cheryl Harrod, of Bradenton, for $455,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,762 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
First Horizon Home Loans sold the home at 12616 Elgin Terrace to Charles and Jennifer Adams, of Lewisville, Texas, for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,052 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,000 in May.

Robert and Mary Osborne sold their home at 7154 Whitemarsh Circle to John and Judith Hornblow, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,200 in 2003.

Pomello Park
Jeffrey and Linda Scott sold their home at 7620 209th St. E. to Charles and Sara Strickland, of Bradenton, for $445,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

Edgewater Village
Anthony Bottone, of Glen Cove, N.Y., sold his home at 8107 Waterview Blvd. to Robert and Kathy Maehling, of Bradenton, for $410,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,765 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $401,000 in 2001.

Robert and Charlene McDaniel, of Glen Arm, Md., sold their home at 6534 Waters Edge Way to Robert and Patricia Aveneli, of Stoneham, Mass., for $375,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2010.

Greyhawk Landing
Stanley and Mary Kahane, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13140 Peregrin Circle to Kenneth and Linda Malkiewicz, of Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,600 in 2003.

Larry and Judith Campa, of Sarasota, sold their home at 306 Country Meadows Way to Konstantinos and Rowena Balos, of Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $508,100 in 2006.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6620 48th Drive E. to Jamie and Jennifer Lipsey, of Bradenton, for $244,900. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,232 square feet of living area.

Braden Woods
Crownpointe LLC sold the home at 6317 99th St. E. to Daniel and Karen Draper, of Bradenton, for $242,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,126 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in June.

Peridia
Donald Slachta, trustee, of Saginaw, Mich., sold the home at 4368 Presidential Ave. Circle E. to James and Pamela Wallace, of Jonesboro, Ga., for $240,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $208,500 in 1991.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Darryl Oswald and Melia Martinez sold their Unit 101 condominium at 6434 Moorings Point Circle to Josephine DiNapoli and Rose Rosa, of Bradenton, for $239,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,700 in 2005.

ATB Florida Properties LLC sold the home at 15324 Blue Fish Circle to LWR Rentals LLC for $225,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,500 in 2005.

Richard Lancaster, of Fayetteville, Ohio, sold his home at 6814 Wagon Wheel Circle to Gary and Anne Burns, of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., for $217,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2002.

John and Jennifer Carey, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5505 83rd Terrace E. to Anita Samek, of Sarasota, for $214,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,000 in 2004.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the Unit 203 condominium at 6465 Watercrest Way to The Entrust Group Inc. for $210,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $479,400 in 2006.

Nancy Cruz, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8202 46th Court E. to Dwayne and Assunta Graham, of Sarasota, for $207,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 2009.

Jerry and Michelle Reed, of Parrish, sold their home at 11319 28th St. Circle E. to Michael and Layne Pepin, of Tampa, for $222,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $433,000 in 2005.

Lexington
Joshua and Danielle Horowitz, of Tampa, sold their home at 11525 57th St. Circle E. to Jeffrey and Carol Duncan, of Parrish, for $207,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,066 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 2009.
