Shanley Caswell is a Sarasota actor who has appeared in TV shows ranging from BONES to THE MENTALIST and feature films co-starring Josh Hutcherson (THE HUNGER GAMES) and Patrick Wilson (WATCHMEN, INSIDIOUS) and Vera Farmiga (THE DEPARTED, UP IN THE AIR). In her latest film, THE CONJURING, she co-stars with SFF 2013 guest LILI TAYLOR.

SFF 2013: Your next big screen role is in THE CONJURING, a film directed by the great James Wan and also starring Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Lili Taylor and Ron Livingston. What can you tell us about your role in the film?

SHANLEY CASWELL: I play Ron Livingston and Lili Taylor's oldest daughter Andrea Perron. In the film our family moves into an old house and starts experiencing abnormal occurrences. We then ask the Warrens (played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga), who were paranormal investigators at the time, to help us figure out what is happening. I don't want to give too much away but I'm really excited about it.
