A home in Heathfield tops all transaction in this week’s real estate. Robert Stack, of Sarasota, sold his home at 7635 Heathfield Court to Richard and Jacqueline Hull, of Newbury, United Kingdom, for $650,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,111 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2011.

Stanhope Gate
James Thomas, trustee, sold the home at 7043 Stanhope Place to Arthur and Carol Saxon, of University Park, for $625,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2007.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Paul and Barbara Duck, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7114 Beechmont Terrace to Richard and Linda Wokoun, of Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,562 square feet of living area.

Michael Trezise, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 6635 Pebble Beach Way to Richard Stewart, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,802 square feet of living area.
