A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Russell and Marjorie McCorkle sold their home at 6453 Gulfside Road to Ronald Brown Jr., of Wilmington, Del., for $2,725,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.26 million in 2000.
The Beaches of Longboat Key
Longboat Key Hideaway LLC sold the Unit 303 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Sharman Rosen, of Newton Center, Mass., for $1,025,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,325,000 in 2006.
Brian and Paula Yorke, of Beaver Falls, Pa., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Roger and Rhonda Werner, of Greenwood, Ind., for $750,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $438,000 in 1999.

David Cuthell and Catherine Smith-Cuthell, of New York, sold their home at 573 Halyard Lane to Mark and Leslie Backes, of Apollo Beach, for $710,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2000.
Lee and Frances Rothenberg, of Bradenton, sold their home at 561 Birdie Lane to Ravi Akhoury, of Florham Park, N.J., for $635,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1992.

Stephen Dull and William Baites, of Greensboro, N.C., sold their Penthouse 1 condominium at 401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gary and Darla Elkin, of The Woodlands, Texas, for $595,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,500 in 2005.

Arthur and Carol Saxon, of University Park, sold their home at 625 Buttonwood Drive to James Buchanan, of Longboat Key, for $580,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 1998.

Monica Wolfson, of Merrick, N.Y., sold her Unit 1-D condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 2254165 Ontario Inc. for $575,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.

Earl Ware Jr., of Tampa, sold his Unit 102 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jack and Jennifer Massey, of Atlanta, for $500,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,500 in 1990.

American Momentum Bank sold the Unit 203 condominium at 5621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jason and Marsha Lesser, of Clearwater, for $367,400. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $880,000 in 2005.
Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Lamia McKearn, of Baton Rouge, La., sold the Unit 202 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Dream Island Luce LLC for $319,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2003.
Buttonwood Cove
Teramana Land Development Co. sold the Unit 302 condominium at 3630 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Albert and Jill Teramana, of Toronto, Ohio, for $285,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1985.

Gerald Sweeney Jr., trustee, of Chicago, sold the Unit 7 condominium at 769 John Ringling Blvd. to W. Kirby Wagg, of Ontario, Canada, for $250,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 938 square feet of living area.
Sutton Place
Marsha Zapson, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 103 condominium at 600 Sutton Place to Richard and Janice Pearce, of Boalsburg, Pa., for $250,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area.

James and Laura Turner, trustees, sold the home at 309 S. Washington Drive to The Irrevocable Trust Agreement for the Buckley Family Trust for $1,785,000. Antonia Zwicker, trustee, sold the home at 228 Van Buren Place to Thomas Greer II, of Sarasota, for $680,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,803 square feet of living area.

Gordana Oldja sold her Unit B-209 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William Sander, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2004.
Lido Ambassador
James Conway, trustee, of Sheboygan, Wis., sold the Unit 609 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ravi and Manuja Mattu, of Newport Coast, Calif., for $495,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2000.
Key Towers South
Vernon and Ruth Larson, of Minneapolis, sold their Unit 8E condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Barry and Cheryl Ewoldt, of Dysart, Iowa, for $475,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $43,200 in 1972.
