Home in Paradise Shores sells for $1,725,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 18 and March 22.

A home in Paradise Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ladd and M. Frances Baumann sold their home at 2040 Oriole Drive to Carina Rice, trustee, of Sewickley, Pa., for $1,725,000. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,239 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2008.

SARASOTA
Landings
George and Ellen Colliard, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1654 Landings Blvd. to John Alogna and Carol Cotner, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 6,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,195,000 in 1999.

1350 Main
Irv Edwards and Kevin Rosen sold their Unit 1701 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Stanford Reinisch and Carol DeChant, of Ocean Ridge, for $840,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $970,000 in 2007.

Robert Neal, trustee, sold the Unit 1504 condominium at 1350 Main St. to RKK Sarasota Real Estate LLC for $633,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 813 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Alan and Beverly Fendrick, of Sarasota, for $821,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2007.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 507 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Jacqueline Seaman, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $436,000 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 611 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Nancy Hall, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath, one half-bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,500 in 2000.

Cherokee Park
Thomas Stone, of Naples, sold his home at 1713 North Drive to Phyllis Pare, of Sarasota, for $820,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,227 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,000 in 1998.

Lake Park
Gena Mollica, trustee, of Austin, Texas, sold the home at 1717 Spring Creek Drive to Michael and Laurie Harrison, of Potomac, Md., for $750,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2011.

The Condominium on the Bay
Granville Crabtree Jr., trustee, sold the Unit 12 condominium at 924 Blvd. of the Arts to Debra Ahmari, of Sarasota, for $645,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2005.

Johnson Estates
Daniel Jordan and Darcey Timmerman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1607 Pine Bay Drive to Mary Guyton, of Nokomis, for $419,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,158 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2003.

Avondale
Michael Jolly, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1940 Alta Vista St. to Amir and Julie Guirguis, of Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2004.

River Forest
Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 5240 Carmilfra Drive to Menashe Murad, Wendy Murad, Eliahou Murad and Valentine Murad, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $320,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2006.

Versailles
Kristin Cardellio, of St. Petersburg, sold her Unit 3A condominium at 605 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Guy Tomsyck, of Houston, for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,000 in 2000.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
James and Barbara Price, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1916 Brookhaven Drive to William Bornholtz and Kathleen Kalchbrenner, of Osprey, for $305,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2005.

Coral Cove
Gerald and Barbara Kabobel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1847 Nautilus Drive to David and Sandra Hoing, of Sarasota, for $261,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,025 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $111,000 in 1992.

Landings South
Daniel Kelly, trustee, Janie Levis and Sally Titus sold the Unit 12 condominium at 1636 Pintail Way to Steven Neumeister and Tobi Schneider, of Waterville, Maine, for $259,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2002.

South Gate
Patricia Coats, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3513 S. School Ave. to Anna Stivers, of Rockville, Md., and Donna Stivers, of Rockville, Md., for $230,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,500 in 2012.
