Super senior

The Sarasota Senior Softball Association awarded Regis McCurry the Fred Frank Achievement Award Wednesday, March 27, at the association’s annual awards luncheon, at Der Dutchman. The award is given to an outstanding player in honor of former player Fred Frank. McCurry helped found the league and has been a member since 1985.

Guests of the luncheon also got a visit from the big leagues: Former Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox pitcher Ken Frailing was the guest speaker.
