Bird Key home sells for $3,085,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 25 and March 29.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Cadence Bank sold the home at 204 Bird Key Drive to Paul and Lorie Adams, of E. Hampton, N.Y., for $3,085,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 7,992 square feet of living area.

Triple J Eldred Realty LLC sold the home at 321 Bird Key Drive to Charles and Susan Wilson, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,504 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2012.

Coquina Beach
James and Rhonda Browning sold their home at 3014 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marlene McBrier, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $725,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,924 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,000 in 1997.

Longbeach on Longboat Key
Anna Tiller, of Blue Ridge, Ga., sold her home at 680 Broadway to Barry Rookes and Jodi Tharou, of Alberta, Canada, for $520,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $63,100 in 1978.

Seaplace
Lori Brochin, of Atlanta, sold her Unit G7-103-A condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alexander Klashnya and Radmilla Klashnya, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $440,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,000 in 1997.

Fairway Bay
Herbert Jones, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 352 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Joseph and Kathleen Rinaldi, of Darien, Conn., for $370,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2009.

Islander Club of Longboat
Jorge and Mercedes Tapia, of Moonachie, N.J., sold their Unit 45-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Morgenstern and Doris Morgenstern, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $365,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2008.

Whitney Beach
Patricia McClure, trustee, sold the Unit 311 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Ricki Terzis, of Madison, N.J., for $350,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,600 in 1987.

Sea Pines
Mabel Rapp, of Phillipsburg, N.J., sold the Unit 13 condominium at 6937 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Shelley Rapp, of Easton, Pa., for $343,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Longboat Harbour
Thomas and Mary Drugan, trustees, of Winfield, Ill., sold the Unit 207 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Kathy Erwin and Karen Wever, of Indianapolis, for $263,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2005.

Faine Apartments
Tommy and Karin Nordin, of Stockholm, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 420 Firehouse Court to Louis and Joanne Louizides, of Glen Ridge, N.J., for $217,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2006.

The Beach Residences
Henry and Dawn Duques, of New York, sold their Unit 1206 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ronald and Elizabeth Olin, of Asheville, N.C., for $2.7 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3 million in 2005.

The Presidential
Laura Perrone, of New York, sold her Unit 107 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sarah Kyte, of Urbana, Ohio, for $220,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2007.

BIRD KEY
Duane and Barbara Henderson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 327 Bob White Way to Jose and Marshall Fernandez, of Danbury, Conn., for $680,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,464 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2004.
Victoria Urban, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 628 Owl Way to REO LLC for $675,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,586 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $27,000 in 1976.
