Home in Country Club East sells for $737,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 25 and March 29.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nelson Homes Inc. sold the home at 7311 Haddington Cove to Daniel Lebel and Chantal Lafond, of Quebec, Canada, for $737,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,880 square feet of living area.

Joanne Culp, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 7925 Royal Queensland Way to Qiuyu Shi and Qlufeng Shi, of Lakewood Ranch, for $700,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,914 square feet of living area.

General and Mary Pace, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6730 Pebble Beach Way to Jane Talley, of Lakewood Ranch, for $322,500. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,778 square feet of living area.

Eaton Place
Stephen and Nancy Hickey, of University Park, sold their home at 7370 Eaton Court to Allen and Shelley Kronick, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,752 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2012.

River Club South
Delbert and Linda Pemberton, of Osprey, sold their home at 9712 Royal Calcutta Place to Robert and Jennifer Rodgers, of Roswell, Ga., for $552,800. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,240 square feet of living area.

John and Eileen Kennedy sold their home at 7607 Pine Valley St. to Robert and Cheryl Keyes, of Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2006.

Kevin and Karen Murray, of McDonough, Ga., sold their home at 22504 69th Ave. E. to Robert Keen, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,669 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2011.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Michael Hamilton and Cynthia Elliott, of Sarasota, sold their home at 21906 Deer Pointe Crossing to Michael and Julie Craft, of Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2003.

Riverdale Revised
Donald and Toni Fless, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4603 Shark Drive to Linda Sturdivant, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2005.

Mote Ranch
Thomas and Pamela Duckett, trustees, of The Villages, sold the home at 6836 Coyote Ridge Court to Adam and Amanda Kowalski, of St. Petersburg, for $350,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,600 in 2002.

Planter’s Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Theresa Clem, of McKinney, Texas, sold her home at 612 Planters Manor Way to Terry and Carlene Wilkison, of Bradenton, for $323,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,478 square feet of living area.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Arthur and Carol Roso, trustees, of Middleton, Wis., sold the home at 6183 Palomino Circle to Herbert and Charlotte Roth, of Newville, Pa., for $292,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,000 in 2011.

Rosedale
Jack and Janice Turk, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8707 53rd Terrace E. to Gerald Shannon, trustee, of N. Wahpeton, N.D., for $290,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 1997.

PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund Investors LLC sold the home at 6127 46th St. E. to THR Florida LP for $270,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $367,000 in 2005.
