Home in Sarasota Beach sells for $4.25 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 25 and March 29.

A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Marcia Holton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 220 Tenacity Lane to William Knapp, William Knapp II and Gerard Neugent, trustees, of West Des Moines, Iowa, for $4.25 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,467 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
Hollywood Boulevard
J&T Bank and Trust Inc., trustee, sold the home at 6336 Hollywood Blvd. to Hollywood Sarasota Ltd. Partnership for $2,944,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 6,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2011.

Oyster Bay Estates
Duncan and Anne Yull, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1207 N. Lake Shore Drive to Justin and Jaime Lee, of Sarasota, for $1.72 million. Built in 1972, it has five bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 1999.

Bay View Acres
Edward Bradley III, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 1600 Baywood Way to Steven and Donna Duerwachter, of Sarasota, for $1.69 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,146 square feet of living area.

Linda Wolfe, of Sarasota, sold her Units 51 and 52 condominiums at 660 Golden Gate Point to Robert and Patricia Johnson, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2003.

June Myerson sold her Unit 1202 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Jill Lonstein, trustee, of Sarasota, for $710,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $594,500 in 2001.

McClellan Park
Donald Warner sold his home at 1530 Blue Heron Drive to Brian and Deidre Beaudette, of Cumming, Ga., for $525,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,688 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,500 in 1995.

Allen and Shelley Kronick sold their Unit 504 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Peter and Ana Bartys, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2003.
