EMB wildcat team remain unbeaten

The East Manatee Bulldogs wildcat level team improved to 5-0 with a pair of flag football victories April 13.

The Bulldogs defeated the Hardee Wildcat Blue team 18-14. Cody Staton threw a pair of touchdowns to Chase Tench. Jake Seaman added a touchdown run. Michael Silver had pair of interceptions and Staton also intercepted a pass.

In Game 2, the Bulldogs beat Hardee Wildcat Orange 16-0. Tench returned an interception 78 yards for a touchdown. Staton had a 10-yard touchdown run and converted a pair of two-point conversions. Tench and Staton both had a pair of interceptions to lead the way defensively.
