TWIS = This Week Is Savory

Comfort comes in many forms: a hand-stitched quilt covering your toes while you munch out on salted popcorn and watch Netflix; a neck massage while your hair is being washed; or a big sandwich that not only reminds you of home---it tastes better than you could possibly remember.

For me it is the meatloaf sandwich at Star Keeper Café. Truth is, I loathe hot meatloaf---yuk---but cold the next day? Well slap my knee, that's comfort! Now take huge, and I mean huge slices of cold meatloaf with lettuce and a smear of ketchup on white bread. This is a great big mother of comfort and meaty goodness.
