UPCC lady golfers swing for HOPE

The University Park Country Club Nine Hole Ladies Golf Association recently presented HOPE Family Services with a check for $12,000 raised from its Building a Better Life golf event.

Funds are being designated to pay for improvements to the children’s playground at the Emergency Safe Shelter, HOPE’s sanctuary for Manatee County’s survivors of domestic violence.
