Condominium in Orchid Beach Club sells for $2,195,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 8 and April 12.

A condominium in Orchid Beach Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Frederick and Jane Fine sold their Unit D-702 condominium at 2052 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Josef Spatz, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $2,195,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2005.

Emerald Harbor
Nancy Burnside, of Sarasota, sold her home at 761 Old Compass Road to James and Lou Ranck, trustee, for $1,825,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 1999.

Country Club Shores
Richard and Patricia Wagner, of Sarasota, sold their home at 561 Yawl Lane to Richard and Belinda Russell, of Louisville, Ky., for $950,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2011.

Michael Dennen and Beverly Dennen, trustees, of Sugar Mountain, N.C., sold the home at 1111 Bogey Lane to Linda Rhault, trustee, of Warwick, R.I., for $700,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1986.

Dream Island
Terry and Kathleen Noreen, of Santa Rosa, Calif., sold their home at 760 Dream Island Road to John and Geri Sullivan, of Longboat Key, for $830,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,461 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $722,500 in 2002.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Judith Wiliams, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 560 Lyons Lane to Joshua Banks and Darcy Nelson, of Longboat Key, for $485,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1999.

Privateer North
Lois Sklare, trustee, sold the Unit 803 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to David and Patricia Hogan, of New York, for $431,300. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1992.

Fairway Bay
Patricia Briggs, of Hamilton, Ohio, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 1908 Harbourside Drive to Richard Wagner, Patricia Wagner and Frank Swanson, of Longboat Key, for $400,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $276,000 in 1986.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
James and Constance Cameron, trustees, of Avon, Colo., sold the Unit 147 condominium at 612 Spanish Drive N. to Eugene and Marva Brown, of Wyomissing, Pa., for $341,050. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2005.

Victor and Eileen Mingal, of Williamsville, N.Y., sold their Unit 53 condominium at 925 Spanish Drive N. to Richard and Eleanor Hyland, of West Bloomfield, N.Y., for $338,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,449 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1987.

Linda Adrian, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 155 condominium at 548 Spanish Drive N. to Charles Preston, of Longboat Key, for $325,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

Casa del Mar
Dorothea Bilder, of DeKalb, Ill., sold her Unit 11 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marvin Ferguson, trustee, of Indianapolis, for $250,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2003.

Windward Bay
Meryl Glovin, trustee, of New York, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Pauline Ney, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $240,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area.

Jeffery Kints, of Ontario, Canada, sold his home at 55 N. Washington Drive to Magnavent LLC for $975,000. Built in 1960, it has six bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2012.

William Muller Jr., of Milford, N.J., sold his Unit 611 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Joseph Benson, of Indian Head Park, Ill., for $440,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2009.
