Waterlefe home sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 5 and April 12.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Marlinda Thomason, of Bradenton, sold their home at 10602 Riverbank Terrace to Boomcare Ltd. for $1.15 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,464 square feet of living area.

Richmond Park
Barbara Squeri, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the home at 8152 Collingwood Court to Richard Spears and Susan Spears, trustees, for $951,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,322 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,000 in 2009.

Riverdale Revised
Thomas and Pattilyn Winkler, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4629 Blue Marlin Drive to Leslie and Sandra Feist, of Clearwater, Minn., for $700,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,117 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Michael Moore, of University Park, and Kyle Lawton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7978 Royal Birkdale Circle to Michael and Martha Gaffney, of Bradenton, for $648,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,437 square feet of living area.

Jeffrey Smith and Maria Smith, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13412 Kildare Place to Nathan and Heather Perry, of Sarasota, for $449,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,136 square feet of living area.
