A home in Oyster Bay Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Carla Smith, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1249 N. Lake Shore Drive to J. Robert and Karen Long, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2002.

Bay View Heights
Dale Bowyer, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1700 Cunliff Lane to Kelly Family Irrevocable Trust for $800,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 1987.

Aqualane Estates
William and Marie Davis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1628 Stanford Lane to Frederick Leonardo and Mary Jo Schinderle, of Sarasota, for $605,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,923 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1987.

Riverwood Park
Ryan Melkonian, of Manhasset, N.Y., sold his home at 5130 Riverwood Ave. to Thomas and Patricia Sommer, of Sarasota, for $564,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,352 square feet of living area.

Raymond and Patricia Vecci, of Milford, Mich., sold their Unit PH-1701 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to David Payne and Susan Payne, trustee, of Sarasota, for $555,000.
