Regents Park home sells for $709,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 22 and July 26.

A home in Regents Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jay and Rebecca Suverkrup sold their home at 8203 Regents Court to Lynn and Maria Meredith for $709,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Stuart and Shannon Lipsteuer, of Midlothian, Va., sold their home at 15121 Sundial Place to Alfonso and Sonia Espinel, of Lakewood Ranch, for $579,000. Built in 2006, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2012.

Thomas Sappenfield, trustee, of Orland Park, Ill., sold the home at 6705 Pirate Perch Trail to Edward and Joanne Kelly, of Dix Hills, N.Y., for $502,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2006.

Jon Martin and Min-Shan Liu, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 14128 Nighthawk Terrace to Scott and Marykate Wood, of Lakewood Ranch, for $374,500. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,200 in 2011.

Andreas and Tanja Zeissner and Hartmut and Elizabeth Gerhard, of Suwanee, Ga., sold their home at 13839 Wood Duck Circle to Scott Byrnes, of Lakewood Ranch, for $330,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,700 in 2005.

Thomas Schneberger and Joanne Iovino-Schneberger, trustees, of Cape May, N.J., sold the home at 307 Blackbird Court to Daniel and Sharon Wilson, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,547 square feet of living area.

Steven and Kathleen Denman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7608 Portstewart Drive to Robert Hasselman and Kathleen Hill, of Lakewood Ranch, for $510,000.
