Beau Ciel condo sells for $1.75 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 22 and July 26.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kenneth Weber, trustee, of Morgantown, W.Va., sold the Unit 1201 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Geraldine Rothman-Serot, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.75 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,175,000 in 2007.

Sandra Chororos, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 61 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Thomas Touhill and Ruth Touhill, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,175,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,075 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2004.

Harbor Acres
Priscilla Stowe, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1391 Harbor Drive to Adam Gersh and Wende Kozlow, of Sarasota, for $1,064,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,704 square feet of living area.

Larry and Priscilla Mitchell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1399 Harbor Drive to Mark Horn, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,129 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 1995.
