Sloane Gardens home sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 29 and Aug. 2.

A home in Sloane Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anar Aitzhanova, of London, sold the home at 7710 Sloane Gardens Court to David Byzewski and Bridgett Tackett-Byzewski, of Bradenton, for $1.1 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,806 square feet of living area.

The Lake Club
Rocco and Margaret DiBianco sold their home at 16026 Topsail Terrace to Larry and Susan Wade, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.05 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,011,000 in 2012.

Richmond Park
Gerald and Maureen Brice sold their home at 8108 Collingwood Court to Edward and Judith Holiday, of University Park, for $865,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,992 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Lorraine Varone, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7503 Abbey Glen to Vincent and Renee Hayes, of Lakewood Ranch, for $617,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,923 square feet of living area.

LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7490 Edenmore St. to Javier Cordova and Jacqueline Borda, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,880 square feet of living area.

Glantz Enterprises LLC sold the home at 14528 Sundial Place to William Fogg and Margaret Montgomery, trustee, of Colchester, Vt., for $523,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2013.

Glen and Linda Bleau, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14413 Silver Trout Drive to Keith and Alexis Morehead, of Bradenton, for $433,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,109 square feet of living area.

Heather Brooke, of London, sold her home at 6566 Field Sparrow Glen to Abby Toole, of Lakewood Ranch, for $243,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,300 in 2004.
