Fleet Feet Sarasota will begin holding a No Boundaries training program for those interested in joining a fitness program with the goal of completing a 5K or five-mile race.

The 10-week program is designed for beginners as well as those looking for their next challenge.

Cost is $95 with an additional race registration fee.

Participants will receive one-on-one motivational guidance and advice from no Boundaries coaches, a New Balance performance shirt and a Fleet Feet Sarasota coupon book.

The program features two weekly group training run/walks as well as educational clinics on various topics, including proper nutrition and avoiding injury.

Group runs and seminars take place every Tuesday (6 p.m.) and Saturday (7 a.m.) through Oct. 22.

“This program is designed for inactive or minimally active people. It will motivate and educate beginners to improve their fitness and develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing to run/walk in the Boo Run 5K at Lakewood Ranch or Bill’s Beer Run 5 mile Casey Key scenic run,” says Whitney Bartlett, No Boundaries fitness coach.

Following the 10-week program, participants will compete in either the 5K Boo Run at Lakewood Ranch Oct. 26 or the 5-mile Casey Key scenic run Oct. 27.
