Country Club Village home sells for $1.25 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 5 and Aug. 9.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. W. Richard and Bette Waters, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 6811 Belmont Court to Aaron and Courtney Kennedy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.25 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,178 square feet of living area.

Marlow
Nancy Swart, trustee, of Davenport, sold the home at 7219 Marlow Place to Douglas Cassman, trustee, of Bradenton, for $750,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2009.

Country Meadows
Wayne Hull, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 510 Country Meadows Way to Arden and Janine Varney, of Bradenton, for $590,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2009.

SunTrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 14716 Fourth Drive N.E. to Jeff and Halli King, of Bradenton, for $374,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $523,800 in 2007.

Stanley and Antoinette Kucharski, of Fort Myers, sold their home at 405 147th Court N.E. to Jeffrey and Jacqueline McLanahan, of Bradenton, for $329,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,185 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2010.

Greenbrook Village
Matthew and Stacey McLaughlin sold their home at 6678 Coopers Hawk Court to Donald and Elizabeth Klein, of Lakewood Ranch, for $565,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,899 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $517,900 in 2004.

Lucas Clarke, of Bradenton, sold his home at 13402 Purple Finch Circle to Chris and Kathleen Wilkinson, of Bradenton, for $359,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,472 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2007.

John and Linda Murillo, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13522 Glossy Ibis Place to IH2 Property Florida LP for $329,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $251,500 in 2002.

Gregory and Renee Rieth sold their home at 6514 Blue Grosbeak Circle to Eric and Sevim Schennum, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,000 in 2009.

Terry Tramell, of Ocala, sold the home at 14147 Cattle Egret Place to IH2 Property Florida LP for $280,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2006.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 6545 Field Sparrow Glen to Carlos and Elvia Tolentino, of Bradenton, for $247,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2004.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Robert and Julia Wuerdeman, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8319 Curlew Court to Michael and Debra Dunbar, of Bradenton, for $565,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2012.

River Club South
Harold and Christine Patrie, of Boynton Beach, sold their home at 9603 Royal Calcutta Place to Ryan and Karen Tichy, of Bradenton, for $529,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,590 square feet of living area.

Dennis and Carmela DeSalvo and John DeSalvo, of Seaville, N.J., sold their home at 12044 Longview Lake Circle to Joseph and Alice Jordan, of Virginia Beach, Va., for $475,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $427,900 in 2012.

Michael Bilous, of Windham, N.Y., sold his home at 7758 U.S. Open Loop to Jason and Jennifer Frisbie, of Leander, Texas, for $467,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2008.

Anthony and Tanya Eckhoff, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7365 Wexford Court to Joseph and Joanne Scarmato, of Nyack, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,892 square feet of living area.

Suzanne Klementowski, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 7326 Wexford Court to Cecilia Covais, of Bradenton, for $348,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,167 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $504,000 in 2006.

Joel Shiffrin, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6518 Oakland Hills Drive to Steiner Hansen Jr. and Barbara Hansen, trustees, of University Park, for $330,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet of living area.

James and Deborah Lakin, of Goodyear, Ariz., sold their home at 4616 Egmont Drive to Robert and Erin Siems, of Bradenton, for $262,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,400 in 2002.

Richard and Patricia Williams, of Winter Springs, sold their home at 4525 Dover St. Circle E. to Arthur Gill, of Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,228 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,000 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 4906 72nd St. E. to Alfredo and Isabel Carvello, of Bradenton, for $224,800. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,604 square feet of living area.

James and Vicki Reichert, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8261 Villa Grande Court to Blaine Buck and Karen Richard, of Somers, Conn., for $224,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,400 in 2009.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 9206 Winter Harbour Way to H. Alice Wybenga, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $252,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $376,100 in 2007.
