The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 5 and Aug. 9.
A condominium in Sands Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Arthur Buckingham Jr. and Linda Martin, of Northbrook, Ill., sold their Unit 116 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Patrick Johnson and Elizabeth Watson-Johnson, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,075,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 1988.
Casa del Mar
The Magson Co. sold the Unit 3 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lionel Peltier, of Detroit, for $600,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2003.
Club of Longboat Beach and Tennis
Steven and Kimberly Kitchens, of Atlanta, sold their Unit 515 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kevin and Cathy Hart, of Delafield, Wis., for $550,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $529,000 in 2002.
Tiffany Plaza
James Krenik sold his Unit 208 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roger and Elizabeth Clark, of Milwaukee, for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1998.
Fairway Bay
Leonard and Caren Hardesty, of Downers Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 1903 condominium at 2008 Harbourside Drive to Julia Alexander, of Longboat Key, for $406,500. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2005.
Sutton Place
Peter and Amy Daigle, of Springboro, Ohio, sold their Unit T-8 condominium at 515 Sutton Place to Mary Woodward and Valeta Baker, of Lakeland, for $293,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.

John Ringling Estates
George Richardson, of Charlotte, N.C., sold his home at 216 Van Buren Place to Tommy Vayias, of Holmes Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,576 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1990.
Kingston Arms
John Standiford sold his Unit 19-A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Salvatore Coppolino and Donna Coppolino, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $240,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,000 in 2004.
