A home in Edgewater Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Russell and Shirley Marquardt, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8345 Sailing Loop to Nationstar Mortgage LLC for $882,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,000 in 2002.

Stanhope Gate
Jayne Simpson, trustee, of Romeoville, Ill., sold the home at 7047 Stanhope Place to John and Karen Mathis, of Longboat Key, for $830,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,972 square feet of living area.

Lake La Vista
Richard LaRoche Jr., of Murfreesboro, Tenn., sold his home at 159 Crescent Drive to Michael and Kelly Smith, of Holmes Beach, for $680,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,567 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2008.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Vito Calati, trustee, and Joana Calati, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7238 Lake Forest Glen to Piotr and Jessica Kornacki, of Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $448,000 in 2009.
