Longboat Key Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate broker associate Roger Pettingell doesn’t take the cake when it comes to appealing to customers’ sweet spots. That’s because apparently he’s more of a pie guy.

For the sixth consecutive year, Pettingell delivered pies from Yoder’s Restaurant in Sarasota to his customers at Thanksgiving. This year, he delivered a record 90 pies. Customers who were out of town had the option of donating their pies to Church of the Palms’ Thanksgiving dinner to sweeten the celebration for those in need.
