Riverdale home tops sales at $620,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 18 and Nov. 22.

A home in Riverdale Revised tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marie Pyne, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 4625 Shark Drive to Paul and Susan Genello, of Bradenton, for $620,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Victoria Stevenson, of Ontario, Canada, sold her home at 7510 Heritage Grand Place to Bomton Development LLC for $581,300. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2011.

Joseph and Loretta Elliott, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7416 Heritage Grand Place to Peter Hankey and Victoria Stevenson, of Ontario, Canada, for $470,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,000 in 2011.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Lloyd Downard, of Jefferson City, Mo., sold his home at 7661 Portstewart Drive to Rita Vacca, of Lakewood Ranch, for $580,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in March.

Paul Freed and Susan Wishnow sold their home at 7127 Sandhills Place to Brian and Ellen Plunkett, of Lakewood Ranch, for $390,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $338,000 in 2011.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Vincent and Teresa Foderingham, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22415 Panther Loop to Martin Maag, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $582,300 in 2008.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Gerard and Sharon Radtke, of Baltimore, sold their home at 8317 Quail Greens Terrace to Edwin and Cecilia Alsberg, of Bradenton, for $510,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,953 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2007.

Paul Leskinen and Jennifer McCullen sold their home at 12503 Natureview Circle to Scott and Katherine Handley, of Bradenton, for $500,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $488,900 in 2004.

Riverwalk Ridge
American International Relocation Solutions LLC sold the home at 12402 Lobelia Terrace to Jon and Cheri Faletto, of Lakewood Ranch, for $495,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $401,600 in 2010.

Watercrest
Francis and Tracy Kelly, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 6465 Watercrest Way to Peter and Barbara Rittner, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $471,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2010.

River Club North
Robert and Michele Glisson, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 6406 Glen Abbey Lane to Wayne and Elaine Olges, of Sarasota, for $460,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1993.

Riverdale
Wiivi Arvidsson, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3707 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Daniel and Jadine Sobien, of Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,800 in 2001.

Edgewater Village
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 8345 Sailing Loop to Susanne Dachs, of Bradenton, for $430,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $882,600 in April.

Mote Ranch
Jeannette Mort, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6205 Cypress Bend Court to Frank Akawi, of Greenfield Center, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,647 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,900 in 1999.

Nikolas Makrinikolas, of Central Islip, N.Y., sold his home at 6240 Foxglove Lane to Joseph and Regina Trollinger, of Bradenton, for $239,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $231,900 in May.
