Concession home tops sales at $1,253,300

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 25 and Nov. 29.

A home in Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Yongyuth Nethongkome, of Miami Shores, and Kulnadda Nedtranon, of Palmetto Bay sold their home at 19461 Ganton Ave. to Chester Flake III, of Bradenton, for $1,253,300. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,543 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Louis and Maria Marinaccio, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13407 Blythefield Terrace to Lori Marinaccio, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,854 square feet of living area.

Richard and Brenda Wasillus, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7054 Kingsmill Court to Ronald Hayes and Mary Concilio, of Pittsboro, N.C., for $635,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,802 square feet of living area.

John Campanella, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6734 Pebble Beach Way to Dale and Patricia Higinbotham, of Lakewood Ranch, for $310,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2009.

James and Francesca Matthews, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7007 Woodmore Terrace to Richard and Diana Wenger, of Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,552 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,000 in 2008.

Peter Temperton, of Surrey, United Kingdom, sold his home at 7065 Woodmore Terrace to Jane Nicholl, of Lakewood Ranch, for $245,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2004.

Gary Corson and Carol Belmont, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 10724 Winding Stream Way to Brian Whitaker, of Somerset, Ky., for $720,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,500 in 2002.

Mission Property Partners LLC sold the home at 13216 Swallowtail Drive to Patrick and Mellisa Allen, of Lakewood Ranch, for $410,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $336,000 in May.

Douglas and Adriana Radigan sold their home at 13811 Nighthawk Terrace to James Campanile and Geoffrey Scott, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $428,000 in 2007.
