Craig and Betty Trigueiro, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9904 Old Hyde Park Place to Douglas Daugherty, trustee, of West Chester, Ohio, for $635,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,438 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 7206 Heritage Grand Place to Richard and Carol Salomone, of Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,907 square feet of living area.

Watercrest
Michael and Rebecca Vredenburg sold their Unit 301 condominium at 6370 Watercrest Way to Richard and Merilynn Klein, of University Park, for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,100 in 2005.

Thomas Gentile and Gabrielle Odierno sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6422 Watercrest Way to Patricia Wallington, of Lakewood Ranch, for $499,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,300 in 2009.

Norma Mayle sold the home at 6615 Waters Edge Way to 6615 Waters Edge LLC for $450,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2002.
