Longboat Shores home sells for $3.35 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 2 and Dec. 6.

A home in Longboat Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen Hood, trustee, of Tampa, sold the home at 3315 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Elizabeth Roth, of St. Cloud, Minn., for $3.35 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,955 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 1997.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key
Charles Jones, of Bedford Hills, N.Y., sold his Unit A-502 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to The Noble Family Trust for $775,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.02 million in 2007.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
Charles and Rosemary Zaepfel, of Webster, N.Y., sold their Unit B402 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to CZM Management LLC for $750,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.18 million in October.

Country Club Shores
Christine Winchester, of Sarasota, sold her home at 560 Cutter Lane to Andrew and Kathleen Ferraro, of Longboat Key, for $690,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,745 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1993.

Kevin Castelo, of Denver, sold his home at 584 Yawl Lane to Kazimiera Castelo, of Longboat Key, for $322,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,437,500 in 2008.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Robert Hardaway III sold his home at 600 Marbury Lane to William and Margaret Loden, of Parkland, for $639,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,134 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Michele Weaver, of Dallastown, Pa., sold their home at 549 General Harris St. to Jerome and Sharon Glassman, of Ocala, for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,689 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Sea Twig
Elizabeth Broyd, of Scarsdale, N.Y., sold her Unit 101 condominium at 5645 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sea Twig 101 LLC for $515,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet of living area.

Castillian
Geraldine Phillips, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Heidi Schmeling, of Barrington, Ill., for $450,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area.

Longbeach
Tama Traberman, of Sarasota, sold her home at 691 Fox St. to Paul Chang and Patti Pakkala, of Manasas, Va., for $325,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 953 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 2001.

Charles Wickersham, Melanni Fowler, Mark Wickersham and Cynthia English sold their home at 731 Fox St. to Jason and Laura Stout, of Chalfont, Pa., for $265,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,382 square feet of living area.

Windward Bay
David and Fay Rosentahl, of Meadowbrook, Pa., sold their Unit 205 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Horatio Hoggard IV, of Norfolk, Va., for $320,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2004.

Whitney Beach
Andrew and Stephanie Graham, of Baltimore, sold their Unit 332 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Palma, of Fort Salonga, N.Y., for $300,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area.

St. Judes Apartments
Lisa and Robert Kirkland, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 21 condominium at 739 St. Judes Drive S. to Arthur Baer and Patricia Baer, trustees, of Hillsdale, N.Y., for $225,000. Built in 1990, it has one bedroom, one bath and 868 square feet of living area.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Green Real Estate LLC and MTM Real Estate LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 509 Spanish Drive N. to Ralph and Louise Monaco, of Bel Air, Md., for $220,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1983.
