+ Waterfront Country Club Shores home sells for $4.3 million
A waterfront Country Club Shores home recently sold for $4.3 million.
Barbara Ackerman, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, represented the seller. Michael Yawitz, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, represented the buyer.
The transaction is the fifth-highest sale on Longboat Key in 2013 and the second-most-expensive sale for the year in Country Club Shores.
“This was a tremendous property with loads of unique features, from the car lift and waterfront garage door to the monochromatic blue interior décor and the magnificent entryway,” Ackerman said in a news release.
The home has more than 7,000 square feet and a two-story, glass-domed entryway showcasing a dolphin sculpture with multiple water and light settings. Other features include a four-car garage, private dock with a 30,000-pound boatlift and davit, 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space, an infinity pool, bubbling spa and overflow lap pool.
