A home in Knightsbridge tops all transactions this year. Jay and Ramona Bulaw, of Genoa City, Wis., sold their home at 7320 Barclay Court in June to Jennifer and Stephen Edwards, of University Park, for $2.75 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,579 square feet of living area.

2 - $2,685,000
WINDING RIVER
Larry and Lynda D’Urso, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14007 11th Terrace N.E. in August to Francis and Linda Wenthur, of Bradenton, for $2,685,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, four half-baths, a pool and 8,709 square feet of living area.

3 - $1.9 million
THE CONCESSION
Wall and Karol Kent, of Roswell, Ga., sold their home at 8307 Farington Court in July to Robert Buck and Jane Nagy, of Bradenton, for $1.9 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 5,491 square feet of living area.

4 - $1.79 million
COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE AT LAKEWOOD RANCH
Steven and Stacy Goodwin, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13604 Matanzas Place in November to Randall and Dawn Burcham, of Nokomis, for $1.79 million. Built in 2012, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,626 square feet of living area.

COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE AT LAKEWOOD RANCH
Thomas and Lynn LaFrance, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13207 Palmers Creek Terrace in August to Michael and Sandra Humenik, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,775,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,795,000 in 2006.

PANTHER RIDGE
Walter and Anita Bavol, of Sarasota, sold their home at 20510 79th Ave. E. in April to Jack Steenbarger and Susan Benson-Molnar, of Bradenton, for $1,575,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,425,000 in 2012.

LAKE CLUB
In March, Mark Miller sold his home at 7941 Waterton Lane to Jeffrey Isaac, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,515,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 8,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,924,200 in 2007.

ACPA Land Investments LLC and LVI Land Investments LLC sold the home at 7304 Greystone St. in April to James and Winifred Castoro, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.4 million. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,048 square feet of living area.
