The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michele and Douglas McNeill, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 620 Bowsprit Lane to Coffeeville Ltd. for $4.3 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,918 square feet of living area.

Sabal Cove
Robert and Carlene Baime, trustees, of Kittery Point, Maine, sold the home at 3351 Sabal Cove Lane to Timothy Hennigan, trustee, of Hanover, Mass., for $1,125,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2009.

Queens Harbour
Barbara Teller, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3524 Fair Oaks Lane to Robert Horowitz and Kathy Horowitz, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $840,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,866 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $965,000 in 2008.

Longboat Key Towers
Anthony and Mabel Esposito, of Sarasota, sold their Unit N-1102 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to James and Nancy Carpenter, of Setauket, N.Y., for $810,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $835,000 in 2004.

Fairway Bay
Mary Mekhjian, trustee, of Columbus, Ohio, sold the Unit 633 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Jane Lewit, of Longboat Key, for $750,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 1999.

Derk and Aletta Scholten sold their Unit 1404 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Clay and Karen Barnes, of Zionsville, Ind., for $695,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2011.

Thomas and B. Jane Hammelrath, of Springboro, Ohio, sold their Unit 2102 condominium at 2101 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Vyera Dillon, of West Hartford, Conn., for $625,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $396,000
in 2000.

Linda and Robert Pines, trustees, of Warren, N.J., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Marbeth Holdings LLC for $629,300. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,500 in 1990.

Sea Gate Club
Jack Goldsmith III, of Newton, Mass., sold his Unit 12-C condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eva Kendeffy, of Longboat Key, for $625,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,800 in 1973.

Seaplace
536571 Ontario Ltd. Corp. sold the Unit M1-409H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Ann Machan, of Ontario, Canada, for $444,100. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,500 in 1988.

Katherine Lapidoth sold her Unit G-7-109-C condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Patricia Herring, of Mechanicsberg, Pa., for $330,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2009.

Sands Point
B. Melinda Doyle, of East Lansing, Mich., sold the Unit 207 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Alan and Miranda Barnett, of Arundel, United Kingdom, for $401,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,500 in 1992.

James Starr and Alison Scholes, of Kansas City, sold their Unit 226 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Thomas and Mary Norton, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2005.

Islander Club of Longboat Key
Timothy Pohl, of Chicago, sold his Unit 65-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Muriel Klosterman, of Longboat Key, for $352,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,500 in 1999.

Casa del Mar
Shiban and Nanna Warikoo, of Johnstown, Pa., sold their Unit 1-A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to DLK Investments Inc. for $325,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $61,000 in 1979.

Beach Harbor Club
John McGinnis, of Hyannis, Mass., sold his Unit B-302 condominium at 3804 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ivan Sokolski and Marie Sokolski, trustees, of Vernon, Conn., for $242,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,007 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2002.

Sean Collins, of Boston, sold the home at 1186 Center Place to Bernard Melanson, of Sarasota, for $995,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2010.

Evelyn Mayr, of Sarasota, sold her home at 455 Cleveland Drive to Eric Orquera, of Sarasota, for $760,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $193,000 in 1996.

St. Armands Towers North
Sarah Stover, of E. Jordan, Mich., sold her Unit 55 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jay and Barbara Rosovsky, of Atlanta, for $600,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2008.
