Greenbrook Village home sells for $570,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13.

A home in Greenbrook Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., trustee, sold the home at 15122 Sundial Place to Aaron Apostolico, of Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $814,700 in 2006.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Dennis Allen, of Bradenton, sold his home at 22647 Morning Glory Circle to Darren and Dyann Cummings, of Bradenton, for $549,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,240 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Brian Kelly and Rania Kelly, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6926 Riversedge St. Circle to Paul and Stephanie Annable, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2002.

Broadmoor Pines
Patricia Del Savio, of Bradenton, sold her home at 7719 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to Sherry Coles, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2003.

Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 5259 Castello Lane to Davene Heckman, of Bradenton, for $479,300. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,717 square feet of living area.

HSBC Bank USA, trustee, sold the home at 12419 Daisy Place to Anthony and Sally Mancheno, of Bradenton, for $469,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,597 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,900 in 2006.

Scott and Cynthia Radvin, of Bradenton, sold their home at 1447 Brambling Court to Debra Davis, of Bradenton, for $389,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2011.

Deborah Garbin, of Valrico, sold her home at 4707 Clipper Drive to William and Shelley Ernest, of Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2012.

Greenbrook Village
Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland sold the home at 13208 Swallowtail Drive to Timothy and Erin Francis, of Lakewood Ranch, for $360,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $427,600 in 2004.

Mark and Vicki Orrenmaa, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6246 Willet Court to Michael and Rene Schlenker, of Lakewood Ranch, for $280,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2008.
