65th Anniversary
Hank and Fran Schlusemann, of Lakewood Ranch, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Oct. 30, at Sam Snead’s American Grill, in Sarasota, with their family.

The couple married Oct. 30, 1948, at St. Agnes Church in Chicago. They have a son, Jim, who lives in Batavia, Ill., and a daughter, Eileen Hansen, who lives in Bradenton. They have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The couple has lived in Lakewood Ranch for 18 years.

50th anniversary
Congratulations to Bill and Beryl Bosher, who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 24. The couple married in Philadelphia and spent most of their married lives in Fairfax, Va.

They have been residents of Heritage Harbour, in the East County, since 2004. Bill is a certified public accountant and a retired audit manager of the U.S. General Accounting Office.

Beryl is a retired logistician of the U.S. Marine Corps and a religious school teacher.

They have three married daughters and seven grandchildren.

Bill and Beryl commemorated the occasion the week of Dec. 9 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
