The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 21 and Jan. 25.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bryon Olive and Kirsten Petraitis, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7828 Valderrama Way to Jack and Vicki Deleon, of Chapel Hill, N.C., for $925,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two-half baths, a pool and 4,058 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $974,000 in 2009.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
John and Margaret Sannachan sold their home at 630 Sand Crane Court to Wendy Noll, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,500 in 2012.

Kenwood Park
Leslie and Brenda Judy, of University Park, sold their home at 8175 Abingdon Court to Roger Ziemba, of University Park, for $465,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2002.

Lennox Gardens
James and Maria Giblin, of Aurora, Colo., sold their home at 7033 Lennox Place to Francine Brown, trustee, of Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Edgewater Village
Robert and Joy Stone, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6614 Tallmast Circle to Albert Knezevich and Suzanne Knezevich, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $430,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,500 in 2006.

Darren and Rachel Saltzberg, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7019 74th St. Circle E. to David and Julie Freed, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,800 in 2005.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7328 Lake Forest Glen to Thomas Oravec and Caroline Woolf, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, for $292,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2006.

John McAdoo, of Las Cruces, N.M., sold his home at 5006 119th Terrace E. to Amanda McVicker, of Parrish, for $206,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $248,700 in 2008.
