The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 21 and Jan. 25.

A home in Sorrento Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Lynette Hicks sold their home at 360 El Greco Drive to Eugene Young, of Shelby, N.C., for $837,200. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2007.

SARASOTA
The Landings
Peter and Darleen Ros, trustees, sold the home at 5163 Kestral Park Lane to Paul and Jo Weiner, of McLean, Va., for $612,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $323,500 in 1996.

Southpointe Shores
Deborah Haufler, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 1754 Sandalwood Drive to 3905 Red Rock LLC for $600,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,058 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,000 in 1988.

One Watergate
Lana Granzow, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 13E condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to John and Noreen Smith, of Sarasota, for $445,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2010.
