Country Club Village home sells for $780,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 28 and Feb. 1.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy and Theresa Young, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7139 Beechmont Terrace to John and Dianne Frestel, of Sarasota, for $780,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,999 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.39 million in 2005.

Eaton Place
Stewart and Lillian Bennett, of Marietta, Ga., sold their home at 7302 Easton Court to Bernd Ferber and Birgit Schrader-Ferber, of Bradenton, for $692,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,203 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.04 million in 2006.

Rosedale Highlands
Newton Developments Inc. sold the home at 9715 51st Terrace E. to David Wahl, of Lakewood Ranch, for $668,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,436 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Stuart Jacobson and PNC Bank, trustees, sold the home at 7990 Royal Birkdale Circle to Kevin and Cheryl Colon, of Lakewood Ranch, for $605,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,313 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2010.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Alan and Marianne Froehlich, of Louiseburg, N.C., sold their home at 10902 Winding Stream Way to Alan and Jeryl Haibach, of Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $428,100 in 2003.

Christopher Schultz and Theresa Kamps sold their home at 9520 Portside Terrace to Donna Temin, of Bradenton, for $251,800. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,989 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,000 in 2004.

Mill Creek
VPH Joint Ventures LLC sold the home at 15406 21st Ave. E. to Keith Cipielewski and Beth Owen-Cipielewski, of Bradenton, for $426,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,257 square feet of living area.

Treymore at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Thomas and Cheryl King, of Marietta, Ga., sold their home at 6906 Treymore Court to Linda Pearson and Catherine Stallings, of Sarasota, for $415,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.

Mote Ranch
Morton and Sallie Ellis, of University Park, sold their home at 6759 Coyote Ridge Court to Silvia Golueke, of Beverton, Ore., for $345,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $298,400 in 2002.

Country Meadows
Cargor Partners III – Parrish LC sold the home at 14727 Seventh Ave. N.E. to Justo and Lourdes Roman, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,608 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 6383 Golden Eye Glen to Danny Delgado, of Lakewood Ranch, for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,400 in 2012.

Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the home at 14174 Cattle Egret Place to Creekwood Holdings LLC for $247,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,653 square feet of living area.

Michael and Beth Prather, of Coral Springs, sold their home at 6419 Golden Eye Glen to Charles Bright, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,000 in 2012.

Woodbrook
Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4732 Woodbrook Drive to Ashley Lambert, of Sarasota, for $294,400. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,222 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 7238 Belleisle Glen to Coleman and Karen Mansfield, of Bradenton, for $290,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,585 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Martin and Laura Pinson, of Summerville, S.C., sold their home at 28220 75th Ave. E. to Timothy and Stellina Havens, of Goshen, Ind., for $285,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,305 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,900 in 2011.

Piney River
Douglas and Mary Dawson, of Palmetto, sold their home at 6915 84th St. Court E. to Christine Patneaude, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,939 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk Village
Silvina Iglesias, of Tampa, sold her home at 11131 Hyacinth Place to Derrick and Ashley Schroeder, of Pompano Beach, for $271,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,525 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7962 condominium at 7962 Tybee Court to Morton and Sallie Ellis, of University Park, for $255,600. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7938 condominium at 7938 Tybee Court to Sandra Reinhardt, of University Park, for $249,900. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2010.

Saddlehorn Estates
John and Janet Wickman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2630 223rd St. E. to Brandy Thompson-Conway, of Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2008.

Townhouse Residences at University Groves
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 3613 82nd Place E. to Ioan and Carmen Hent, of Ontario, Canada, for $250,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area.

Philip Auciello, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5409 Palm Aire Drive to Carmen Hinchliffe, of Sarasota, for $242,500. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2005.

Arbor Lakes
Harris Rude, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7117 Coachlight St. to Joel and Karen Pecoraro, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,600 in 1996.

River Walk at River Isles
Clifton and Joanne Pettit, of N. Rose, N.Y., sold their home at 3902 Riverwalk Court to Brian and Ulrike Steiner, of Bird in Hand, Pa., for $220,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1998.

Central Park
James and Sarah Coghlan, of Bradenton, sold their home at 11420 Piedmont Park Crossing to Joseph and Molly Lisciandro, of Slippery Rock, Pa., for $217,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,515 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,200 in 2011.

Rosedale
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 4935 88th St. E. to Jaynie Guillou, of Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area.

Sabal Harbour
Charles Curran Jr., of Bradenton, and Pamela Hitchcock, of McKinney, Texas, sold their home at 4547 Egmont Drive to Jeffrey Lerman, of Bradenton, for $209,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,600 in 2002.
