Home in Sleepy Lagoon sells for $2.4 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 28 and Feb. 1.

A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Karen Tetreault, of Tallahassee, sold their home at 6505 Gulfside Road to David and Victoria Fagerlee, of Wayzata, Minn., for $2.4 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2010.

Grand Bay
Vytas and Gerda Maceikonis, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 236 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Gerald and Ann Allen, of Longboat Key, for $1.22 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,295,000 in 2005.

Beachplace
Jack and Julie Brown, of Buffalo Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barry Marta and Mary Marta, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $518,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $587,000 in 2008.

Robert Bakst and Silvia Bakst, trustees, sold the Unit 104 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel Binau, of Columbus, Ohio, for $405,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,500 in 1992.

Club Longboat Beach and Tennis Club
Sue Rowles, of Cranston, R.I., sold her Unit 311 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Michelle Werther, of Bonn, Germany, for $390,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2004.

Sea Gate Club
Eve Berman, of Park City, Utah, sold her Unit 4-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Evan Kraft, of Washington, D.C., for $300,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1992.
