Summer Cove condo sells for $1.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 28 and Feb. 1.

A condominium in Summer Cove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Tamara Shepherd, of Moberly, Mo., sold their Unit 401C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Lana Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2008.

SARASOTA
Vista Bay Point
Thomas Luciani, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 128 Golden Gate Point to Stephen Mclennan and Lisa Mclennan, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.06 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2006.

Condominium on the Bay
ABF Real Estate Holdings LLC sold the Unit 1501 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Maurice and Alicia Saunders, of Bartow, for $618,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2005.

Joseph Swick and Joanne Swick, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1212 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to David Kotok, trustee, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2004.

Owen Burns
Michael and Evelyn Shade sold their home at 512 Madison Court to Zachary Hanna and Mae Barker, of Jacksonville, for $365,000. Built in 1922, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet of living area.

Palmer Square West
Carl and Estelle Crawford, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 6 condominium at 3621 Square West Lane to Rozalind Brack, of Sarasota, for $306,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,021 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2005.

Coral Cove
Edward and Kay Talbot, of Highlands, N.C., sold their home at 7437 Starfish Drive to Mark and Andrea Schiffman, of Englewood, for $295,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,300 in 2011.

Gulf Gate East
John Videyko, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3880 Easton St. to William and Linda Sherry, of Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,700 in 1985.

South Gate
Brandin Becker and Julie Eisele, of Portland, Ore., sold their home at 3013 Homasassa Road to Achieva Credit Union for $254,700. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2006.

Hartland Park
Timothy Yocum and Rose Mancuso, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1846 Tulip Drive to Elizabeth Long, of Frederick, Md., for $239,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,500 in 2001.

Village Green Club Estates
Norma Hayes, trustee, sold the home at 3614 Pembrook Drive to George Lloyd, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,500 in 1990.

Landings South
James and Cynthia Krider, of Osprey, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 5239 Heron Way to Richard and Philippa Davis, of McLean, Va., for $215,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1988.

A.L. Joiners
Jill Lyons, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2395 Hyde Park St. to Ann Sommers, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1939, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,232 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2012.

Carol Carlin, trustee, of Loveland, Ohio, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 6326 Midnight Pass Road to Greggory Kite and Teena Kite, trustees, of Lexington, Ky., for $845,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,318 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1984.

Siesta Isles
Charles and Kristina McGovern, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1038 Contento St. to Sonya Sawers, of Alberta, Canada, for $770,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $737,000 in 2012.

Sara Sands
Dale Plass, of Elmhurst, Ill., sold his home at 5120 Sandy Shore Ave. to Bertrand and Patricia Sablier, of Paris, France, for $700,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,208,000 in 2005.

Gulf and Bay Club
Pamela Lennertz, trustee, sold the Unit 607 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Digital VS Film LLC for $650,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1993.

Siesta Beach
Richard and Paula Baxter, of Sarasota, sold their home at 632 Treasure Boat Way to Anne Vose, of Edgartown, Mass., for $560,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2010.

Deanne Williams, personal representative, of Park Ridge, Ill., sold the home at 795 Plymouth St. to Mark Flannagan, of Sarasota, for $347,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1998.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Charles Denny IV, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his Unit 406 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Mark Sullivan and Carolyn Sullivan, trustees, of New Durham, N.H., for $310,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2002.

Midnight Cove II
Robert Fleischer sold his Unit 128 condominium at 1900 Midnight Cove II Place to Marion Ramge, of Frankfurt, Germany, for $255,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2005.

HB Property Group Inc. sold the home at 8342 Shadow Pine Way to David Lubas, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,477 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2012.

Alfred Wezniak, of Felming Island, sold his home at 4729 White Tail Lane to Robert and Trinh Harmon, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,300 in 1997.

Hamptons
Bella Cornell, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4937 Bridgehampton Blvd. to James Wood and Katharine Thomas, of Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $304,500 in 1999.

James and Sandra Ritzenhaler, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7231 Brambury Court to Kenneth and Janis Gold, of McLean, Va., for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2012.

Villagewalk
Sharon Ballard, of Cumberland, Maine, sold her home at 5864 Helicon Place to Leonard and Sidney Milstone, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $202,400 in 2002.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
Parviz and Pari Daneshjoo, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2506 condominium at 4471 Cinnamon Drive to Theresa Eaves, trustee, of Findlay, Ohio, for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2009.

OSPREY
South Creek
Thomas Nutten sold his home at 431 S. Creek Drive to Dennis and Judith Bosch, of Osprey, for $1,125,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2001.

Stoneybrook at Palme Ranch
Joan Parnell, of Felton, Del., sold her home at 9472 Hawksmoor Lane to Deborah Davidson, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,000 in 2004.

Rivendell
John Shintaffer, of Venice, sold his home at 1113 Mill Pond Court to Charles McLeod and Ann Gamble, of Osprey, for $540,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,027 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2010.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Judith Keeler, of Venice, sold her home at 1463 Seafarer Drive to David Schaefer and Jill Schaefer, trustees, of Delavan, Wis., for $360,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,883 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1997.

NOKOMIS
Laurel Woodlands
Matt and Lissie Cankar, trustees, sold the home at 1078 Eisenhower Drive to Richard and Linda Lipinski, of Nokomis, for $230,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1997.
