The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 4 and Feb. 8.

A home in Lincoln Park on Hudson Bayou tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ralph and Carrie Major, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1798 Lincoln Park Circle to Priscilla Doulton, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,245,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 3,527 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,022,500 in 2004.

Nichols
George Lloyd, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1732 Hillview St. to Louis and Charlene Rosenfield, of Sarasota, for $785,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,925 square feet of living area.

One Hundred Central
Samuel Magad, trustee, and Miriam Magad, of Chicago, sold the Unit K-717 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Roman and Carmen Hurko, of New York, for $680,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2009.

Bobbie Fernander, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5173 Flicker Field Circle to Stanley and Elisabeth Wiener, of Sarasota, for $565,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,587 square feet of living area.

Michael and Paula Schneiderman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 806 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Lynn Gilchrist, trustee, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.

Jet Tolbert and Dorothy Tolbert sold their Unit 101 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Shahram and Fahimeh Bagheri, of Potomac, Md., for $200,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1987.

David Sconyers and Donna Ventriss, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3189 Espanola Drive to George and Susan Watkins, of Sarasota, for $329,900. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,500 in 2000.

Aaron and Judy Mattes, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 164 condominium at 1507 Clower Creek Drive to David Schwartz, of Framingham, Mass., for $280,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $376,900 in 2002.

Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7560 Biltmore Drive to Miguel and Elizabeth Rivera, of Orlando, for $265,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,622 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2012.

Mark and Laura Andrew, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 1637 Seventh St. to Erin Epstein, of Arlington, Va., for $249,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2005.

Willard Lutz, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 406 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to Howard and Lucia Weiss, of Rydal, Pa., for $220,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 2000.

Judy Rousseau, trustee, sold the home at 5557 Shadow Lawn Drive to Judith Sass, of Carolina Beach, N.C., for $547,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 1996.

Constance Waymer, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 301 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Ramin Hashemi and Rita Hashemi, trustees, of Dublin, Ohio, for $537,500. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1997.

Jerry and Judy Donaldson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6316 Sturbridge Court to Salvatore and Karen DeChellis, of Middleport, N.Y., for $225,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,681 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 1999.

Alan Smith and Vivienne Smith, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 385 N. Point Road to Sam Sciturro, trustee, of Osprey, for $230,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2000.
